Cuti-Cuti Malaysia

Dikesempatan cuti sekolah ni, aku sekeluarga pi bercuti ke sunway lagoon..Last week booking Pyramid Tower Hotel, RM253 without bfast..Selasa pagi bertolak dari base station terus ke subang jaya...sampai je terus check in bilik..tapi x best, bilik xde view..semua dah fully booked oleh agen2 pak arab..mmg ramai betoi org arab yg bercuti kat sunway lagoon ni..
Lepas je check in, terus pi pusing2 dlm sunway piramid..jalan2 cari makan dulu..harmonik dh lapor..aku & xyl pon lapor jgk...huhuhu..
Lepas makan, baru balik bilik, berehat jap...sebelum kuar pulak utk dinner..Dlm kui 9pm aku dpt msg dari rakan citraclub, 9W2IZZ, bagitau ada i-ball mlm tuu kat kemuning..i ball bersama rakan2 HAM lokalan dan jgk ahli citraclub..ada 14 station jgk yg hadir..dari citralub & group G14..
Sambil bercuti dgn keluarga sempat lagi buat larian amal pi i-ball..hehhee..
Rabu pagi, awal2 lagi semua dh bangun, excited nak masuk theme park..pi brekafast dulu, lepas tu baru kemas beg dan check out awal..Lepas check out, baru turun ke sunway lagoon..Amik pakej 2 park je, water park dan amusement park..tu pon satu fmly dah cecah RM200++...kalau amik all park..kira sendiri la, malas aku nak buat matematik..mcm biasa, layanzzz gambo...

Lepas selesai mandi manda di sunway lagoon, lebih kurang 4pm baru bersiap utk balik cheras..tido semalam di cheras, pagi khamis baru bergerak balik ke base station..cuaca pon cantik, panas terik tak ujan langsung sepanjang perjalanan..kenderaan di hiway kedua2 arah pon bergerak lancar..monitor di freq astra transnasional, kedengaran ada beberapa station lain jgk turut mobile nak balik beraya ke utara...

Malakoff Interstate Fellowship Ride (F A Q..)

1. What is the Malakoff Interstate Fellowship Ride?
It is a recreational event that caters to all levels of road-biking enthusiasts from beginners, weekend roadies to hardcore competitors.
It is NOT a race, per se, but more to promote fellowship, cycling tourism and healthy lifestyle. PLEASE OBSERVE ALL TRAFFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS ALL THE TIME.
This is the time to savor the beautiful scenery and camaraderie with your fellow roadies. The focus is on Fun, Food and Fellowship.

2. How much financial damage do I need to incur to enjoy this event?
Well, you get to ride with hundreds of your fellow roadies, a Golden (life time?) opportunity to be the first to cycle across the newly widened Penang Bridge and at the same time do your bit for a charitable cause!
After the ride on Day 1, you will be treated to light lunch. On Day 2, you will be treated to Penang’s famous local Malay culinary delights.

You will also get our event souvenir t-shirt, lots of sponsored goodies, an exclusive finisher certificate, and the chance to win awesome lucky draw prizes. What more can you ask for?
..and ALL this for a measly RM30.00 per person!

3. Wow, can I still sign up for this event?
we have started taking entries with immediate effect and we are closing on the 1st of December 2009 or as soon as the set limit of 700 participants is reached. WE WOULD MAKE OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT WHEN REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Please refer to this web site, not your friends or bike shop for updates.

4. How is the route like? Is it very tough?
The two days(years) ride spans over 31st December 2009 and 1st January 2010.
Day 1 covers moderately challenging terrains of 149 km and Day 2 covers a mere 71 km.

5. What is my preparation?
HELMET COMPULSORY! NO HELMET, NO RIDE! WALKMAN OR iPOD NOT ALLOWED DURING RIDE.
Have a good working condition road bike.
Be SELF-SUFFICIENT i.e. 2 FULL size drinking bottles, and the usual bike accessories like multi-tool, spare tubes, mini pump or Co2 cartridge. There are water stations for refill. A bike mechanic will sweep the ride. In case of breakdown, wait for the mechanic to attend to you FOC. However parts/accessories changed will be charged accordingly by the mechanic.
An enduring spirit to complete the ride, COMMON SENSE to obey ALL road and traffic regulations! Your sense of humor to enjoy the road, the scorching sun and the company of your fellow roadies will help.
Ride hard, ride SAFE and have FUN! Last but not least remember to smile.

6. I’m not familiar with the roads and am not a strong rider, will I lose my way if I am left behind?
The route will be clearly marked by signboards with direction indicators and lots of marshals and traffic controllers.
If you dropped out of the peloton, our riding marshals will assist to “tow” you back to join the peloton OR..
if you have fallen too far behind, our sweepers (in pick-up trucks or lorries) will pick you up and take you to the next available stop.
Please FOLLOW all instructions by our marshals as your safety is our outmost importance!

7. What are the important time checks and reminders?
Day 1 : 31 Jan 2009 (149km)
6.00am : Open of registration lines. Check-in COMPULSORY!

7.00am : Arrival of VIP

7.15am : Flag off by VIP.

8.00am-12noon:Collection of No Plates for riders not cycling on Day 1.

12noon-2pm: Light lunch

1.00pm : Arrival of cyclists at Juru. Check-out COMPULSORY.

2.30pm : Arrival of Sweepers/ Last check-out

End of Day 1

Day 2 : 1 Jan 2010 (71km)
6.00am : Open of registration lines & collection of rider plates.
Check-in COMPULSORY!

7.00am : Arrival of VIP

7.15am : Flag off by VIP.

11.30am : Arrival of first wave of riders. Check-out COMPULSORY!

12noon : Lunch and mock-cheque presentation

12.30pm : Speech and good-bye

2.30pm : Last check out of riders. Check-out COMPULSORY!

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR INSURANCE POLICY OR POLICIES IS NOT VOID OR VOIDABLE AS A RESULT OF THE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT. ALL riders will be required to sign an indemnity form to clear the organizers and their agents of any legal proceedings.
This is a NON-PROFIT making event and is organized by volunteers who have sacrificed much of their time, energy and money FOC, so they don’t need to be burdened by legal issues after the event.

8. How to qualify for the lucky draw?
Only participants with VALID RIDING PLATES are eligible for the LUCKY DRAWS. You have to complete BOTH Day 1 and Day 2 ride to qualify for GRAND DRAW.
Your lucky draw numbers and goodies can be claimed at the finishing line by CHECKING-OUT whether you complete the ride or otherwise.
Riders must claim the prizes PERSONALLY.
UNCLAIMED prizes will be REDRAWNED.

Alhamdulillah, Completed the race 2jam 21minit 51 saat...Posisi utk sprint dpt no 55 dari 145 team..Utk kategori Malakoff Team Relay dpt no 2 dari 5 team yg bertanding..Welldone to my 1st & 2nd runner..aku still maintain slow & steady..average semua team, cycling 1jam 8 minit jgk..Kelebihan utk 1st & 2nd runner aku dpt buat 35 minit..tu pon dua2 takde training..dh nak event pon leh relaks lagik..takpe next event kita try beat team KL HQ tuuu...
"Apa yang penting, Kerjasama...."

Overall no 2 utk kategori Malakoff Power Relay (race bib 795)

Majlis KonVoKeSyen Tadika PeiZheng 2009

pada 6.11.2009 @ Jumaat berlangsungnya Majlis Konvokesyen tadika Pei Zheng.Majlis nie bermula jam 8.30 pagi...azim memang excited..awal pagi dah bangun..siap ajak sepupu dia ikut sama..( akif ngan awin )..depa pun terpaksa la bangun awal gak.Sebelum nie majlis buat kat dewan besar..tapi tahun nie buat kat sekolah jer..co'z..principle dapat surat dari KKM ( kementerian kesihatan Malaysia )..tidak dibenarkan mengadakan majlis terbuka dengan orang yang ramai, nie semua salah satu prevention HINI.Next year azim dah masuk darjah satu ..but...so sad because nak tinggalkan kawan-2 dia..skang kat sekolah dah xder buat aper sangat..keje dia ambil no telefon kawan-2...dengan no telefon teacher's pun dia ambik...hehhe

untuk Event nie azim masuk nyanyian n bermain alat muzik..

Assalamualaikum,

Citer pasal Powerman nie..memang aku selalu jugak join tapi besa la..jadi supporter jer..nak join tu tak pernah terfikir pun...takut tak mampu...hehehe..masa event hari tuh..aku dok melilau la sorang-2 dan kadang -2 tu aku dok lepak sekali dengan group relay 9W2LPP...( sementara tunggu turn )..macam-2 gelagat aku tengok....ada la snap sikit gambar untuk tatapan kawan-2...tak pergi marata-rata tempat sangat..cuaca panas ya rabbi...naik pedih mata nie...kalau mat/minah saleh jangan citer arrr.....macam udang terbakar...tapi depa tu kuat..lelaki perempuan sama ja..walaupun ada setengah tu dah berusia...

BTW untuk 9W2LPP congrat's co'z berjaya tamatkan kayuhan dalam masa 1 jam ( 32km )....walaupun bengang dengan crew yang bertugas...heheheh xperlah yang penting dapat medal N sijil..
